Salary Cap Inflation

I do apologize if this has been asked before, and if so, please direct me as to where I can find as close to accurate setting as possible...With the the cap inflation through this year and next, what is the most realistic setting that I should put for Salary cap value and Salary cap inflation rate in MY League settings in the initial set up screen? Nope, you'd have to set the cap to 70 and the inflation to 75 IIRC.

I had seen somewhere that the salary cap is hard coded for the first 3 off seasons and automatically rises to the real life numbers. Do you know if this is true? And I have a second question, is there anyway to make the inflation rate a certain number so that jump to $90mil occurs? Sorry for all the questions I'm very new to the NBA 2K series
