What sliders should I tweak if I’m facing issues like cpu getting too many open 3s and also sinking every open 3? The contested 3s are still realistic but open 3s are too overpowered.

The most important thing isn't slider related. Don't go straight up with small guards! Tear drops and floaters are your best friend. Also use pump fakes, euro-steps, hop steps, and spins when appropriate. Also sometimes you'll have to pull up on midrange if the paint is crowded.

Don't be too quick to nerf the AI's ability to block because that will cheapen the experience.
