Player likeness, jerseys, shoes and courts are all not being pushed through to existing myNBA saves (online or offline).

Likenesses too? I always thought those at least got applied everywhere. Have their been any likeness updates since launch I should look out for?

I see 2k added some more statement unis. I saw grizz,clips,suns,blazers. I know i'm missing some. But we still can't use em with our custom rosters SMH.

They will be added once all are added... think they gonna tie em in with more updates

The one I was using as a test is Lindell Wigginton for Milwaukee. Added face scan in 2k roster, but my earlier files still have him as a CAP.
Yeah 2k has gone back and forth with this feature over the years. In 2k22, they were pushed, but looks like currently it's back to how 2k21 was.

You need to differentiate if a Player already has a cyberface or has a generic CAP face. if He has a cyberface that means that He got an unique ID assigned for which 2k can swap out the graphical files. if He has a generic CAP face, then the Player does Not have a unique ID assigned. if they now add a cyberface for him, then they need to assign an ID to the Player which is done through a roster Update.
