Freezing or Modes Not Working? Post Information Here

I played my mycarrer mode for weeks and when I finally get to the playoffs I go on my save and I starts the load screen plays the music and everything but right when it should start the mode it kicks me back to Xbox Dashboard Xbox one. Help.

I now can't even get past the first screen that appears when you start up the game (with all the team logos). I'll be selling this as soon as I get the chance and I doubt I'll buy another 2k game

PREVIOUS OR NEW SAVE FILE. Previous. 50 games into my player.

ANYTHING ELSE that might help in resolving the issueive deleted and reinstalled, still happens like clockwork.

Modes not working-- MyCareer and MyGM currents do not work on my Xbox One system. The issue is with old saves they just back out to the home screen when I try to load then saved files. I have no tried creating new files in either due to the on going issues.

Issues with old saves in MyCareer and MyGM.
