Input lag in Online games is now supermegaultra INTENSE, horribly

Blame the patch #3 or not, the sad truth is that Onlines games are now almost unplayable because this horrible input lag. I have the best internet connection (60M with cable tv provider) and the game response after pushing any button is like almost 1 sec delay. Unacceptable when compared with fully loaded online games like COD Ghost where several thousand of players play smoothly.
What happened??? Patch #3 did it even worse?

This input lag issue cannot be put on the back burner - this affects all online portions of the game and is completely unacceptable.

It's so bad that I'm now forced to shoot with Square as it's a bit more responsive than the shot stick. The shot stick has such a horrendous delay (r stick on defense too).

Wait, the lag is worse post patch?

I was primarily an Online Ranked player on CG, but after experiencing the lag online on Next gen on launch night (somehow still managed to win), I haven't touched online ranked since. I have played a few with some people from OS, but the lag made all of the games unplayable.

I really can't imagine it getting any worse, but if this is the case there's really no point in playing online at all.

It's hard to play in any mode, human or CPU. It really is a "game breaker" to me as well. Feel like I have no control. For what it's worth, I don't feel the isomotion on offense is much better, control wise.

I really thought this would be tuned with this patch! Pretty bummed. It's become clear to me this game will need a full cycle (or more) to polish up the controls and all the under the hood AI.

(Side Note) Unfortunately I think a lot of 2K's player ratings, tendencies and coaching styles are so out of whack it isn't helping. Or even the plays for that matter. Using STATS, Inc or something (as I thought they said they would, daily) could improve this area significantly. Hope they implement that. Right now Loul Deng and Stephen Jackson are equal rating wise 79ovr. Yikes!

Is this in both systems or just ps4 online??

I haven't gone next gen yet. But if this is the case I gave no desire to get this game/new system right as a only play online.

Has anyone went back to CG to just play online? Does it input lag like NG?

Just do what I did and stop playing this game completely. 2K won't get it until they see the number of players go down. If you settle for playing offline modes, this gives 2K the illusion that most people like offline and they will focus most of their energy there.

Sad to say but my next-gen experience is way worse than my current-gen experience.
