Re: CPU shooting percentages

Would be nice if they would put sliders in for MyCareer, doesn't feel very realistic to have to score 60 points a game for your team to win because your teammates cant shoot, rebound, pass, or play defense as well as their CPU opponents. But i assume they would never do that to protect their precious "VC"

Good find. I went through a few games and adjusting fatigue helped some. The CPU is much more overpowered offensively when they're at full strength.

I believe what we need to change is the "consistency" slider ….The runs will be shorter ….Im gonna try this today…

I try and only make changes one slider at a time otherwise I'll end up adjusting two or three only to over do it in some other area.

This patch really changed things up more than expected.

AllStar/Sim and I dropped inside/close/mid/layup/SIT/dunk a few points for both user and cpu

I raised def awareness for both and lowered blocks for both.

For the CPU I raised midrange tendency and lowered attack basket and playing the passing lanes.

Overall I'm probably pretty close with shooting % in the low 50%'s and scores up around 106-115. I'm figuring a slight drop in FG% should bring the scores down a bit.

Try Fatigue at 60-70. I think 62 is a good digit. Bench depth matters. Bigs will become tired quickly, reducing points in the paint.

Re: CPU shooting percentages

I use JWill's HOF sliders and it has consistently played a pretty good games. You have to take care of the rock, stay on top of your P.O.E. and play sound on ball defense, but it makes the game play similar to the real NBA. The computer still goes on runs here and there, but a timeout, or attacking the rim if they're in foul trouble can slow them down.
