How to Send Teammate on Cut?

I get the impression that it's once again they think it's a me issue and not a game issue.

Confirm the above and then we can go back to the dev. team and see if it's an outstanding issue. Sometimes one-off issues exist due to variables and sometimes not.

Want to make sure it's not the former.

I have been in contact with the tester and have tried multiple settings and I am still not getting it to work properly.

This isn't a glitch that gives out VC to users. Of course, they're not going to fix it.
