My MyPlayer was replaced by another player again today! This happened twice now!

I just lost 25,000 and my Face Scan is GONE replacing w/ a black dude...wtf. Where the hell this come from? 2K ....you better pay back or people can literally sue you for this gimmick.

happened to me last year in November after i ordered 15K vc and didnt get it till January. But they gave me 75K instead. I guess I got the benefit?

Yesterday, I lost my 90 rated player worth $20 and 100K VC. When I logged in to play, i saw my player changed into 64 rated shooting guard by the name of Takeshi Kyo. My player gone, 90 ratings gone, VC gone, even my real face is gone (I face scanned myself many times).

I already emailed 2k support about it. They responded for 6 times trying to collect as much as information. I even sent them videos of my previous player, the original 90 rated player. Now that i gave them all they need, they told me to wait because the Tier 2 support is already investigating my problem. So yeah basically they say, just shut up and wait.
