Crazy MYGM Trades going on

Does anybody know what buying the team in MyGM mode does?

I was in my 2015-2016 season their ratings are different. Gasol was marginally, better maybe a slight better shooter. Also they extended Gasol so the contracts were almost identical too.

I haven't done it yet, but I think when you buy the team you earn more vc and you don't have to worry about owner goals or getting fired.

I think you just don't have to follow anymore owner goals. I'm not 100% sure though

I figured it was more than that just for the price, like maybe you made more VC or something?

VC is not vital to MyGM this year. Other than the (completely avoidable) pitches... It hasn't come into play yet when I have played.

Haven't seen any trades. I am in December, and besides me, the only team to trade was Hawks and Pistons. Thabo for Singler. Seems like a fair trade.
