Bc just because I'm tall doesn't mean I can't have a quick release?

I hate limited the game like that, again it has more to do with shooting ratings and patch 4 they released. This issues gets more into perfect release and how they are pretty much a guaranteed basket rather than shooting releases.

How many tall players in the league have quick releases like point guards?

I think it unrealistic that the majority of tall players in the rec/park have these quick releases. At the very least I don't think tall players should be able to change base release to quick, especially already quick releases. For example LA release on quick.

In MP, I think some jumpers should be unavailable based on shot ratings.

Yeah, I agree with this guy. It's MyPlayer, big guys should be able to choose a quick release if they'd like.

The problem is the patch, big men rating caps and also people glitching players making them a 1-3 and then switching them to a 4 or 5.

And I wasn't saying Marion's shot was in the game, I was naming one person off the head that has a quick release that wasn't a little guy and wasn't a good shooter.

Re: Should shorter players only be able have quick releases?

How do you think 2k should balance out the contest system while keeping it realistic? What should they base the contest on other than the contest rating? I don't believe the contest is based on height as well. I'm assuming that if you have a good rating on a contest, you will get a good shot defense. Is it realistic if 7'0 dirk shoots a three and 5'9 isaiah thomas still get a good contest on it? Like I said before I'm not sure if that's the actual case for the game as I didn't perform this test, so i'm just assuming.

Not every PG/SG has a quick release so this argument can go both ways.
