One more stupid question, just picked up the game for PS4 and wanted to know if there is a way for me to download the awesome designs in this thread to relocate a team?

You have to create them yourself.

3 ways to do this.
1. Scroll through a billion user uploads and hope for the best.
2. Ask the person who posted the logos you like to give their gamer tag so you can search by their name.
3. Ask the person who posted the logos you like to post the logo working file and upload yourself.

Then recreate yourself
