What are the differences between MyGM and MyLEAGUE?

For the most part mygm has owner goals/financials like ticket prices. My league has all the customization of just about anything though.

Myleague is a completely customizable mode to your experience (tons of sliders for how the league will play plus ability to control all 30 teams if wanted), while MyGM is more of a role play experience with very little customization of the experience (no league sliders can only control one team)

Yeah I really hate that in MYGM that you don't have those customization settings. I was hoping they would add that this year. I like to be able to set ticket prices and such but not having the customization sucks but at the same time not having those things in MYLEAGUE that MYGM does sucks. There is no reason that MYGM shouldn't have those sliders like My league dose makes no since for one to have those sliders but not for the other one to have them to.

Correct me if I'm wrong but can you WATCH your team play a game? Or did I have something set wrong.

It seemed like I SIMMED through the games and could not actually watch them.

There's a very good reason for MyGM not being customizable, and I explained that in my interviews. Long story short, it's really hard to expand a campaign-like mode with conversations and expectations if the backend logic can vary wildly from our base design. We'd have to test a nearly infinite amount of slider configurations to make sure all the elements of the mode still work, which is way beyond what our time allows.

Drawing that line between the two modes allows us to expand MyGM without worrying about what effect each slider that we add has at 0 and 100 and how it might break conversations or promises or owner goals or other elements, and also expand MyLEAGUE knowing that because of its more open nature anything goes.

While I did hear that in the interview but it is still something that I would like to see and I hope it is still something you can get into the game one of these years and is something that if it doesn't get in the game going forward could keep me from even getting the game. Its nice having those settings because it can fix or improve things that don't work quite right but with MYGM you cant fix or improve those things. So it makes it hard to play either one of the modes knowing you are missing something either way. The mode's are still great but I fill like just about the only thing missing is this and a weekly recap type of show. You can do a lot more things in MYGM and that is why I wish MYGM had those sliders.
