They should play HOF sim or in a mode not built so every player becomes a HO

This. Blocks are being awarded when fouls take place.

As a big, I shouldn't need to worry about being blocked, while the ball is at my chest, by a tiny guard, with precision accuracy, never making physical contact ever.

Guards can hit the ball there yes, can they hit the ball every-time without a foul, absolutely not.

If this is in place as a balancing mechanic, I wouldn't know how to address that other than more foul calls on obvious hacks on the bigs.

Re: Rebounding and Block attributes-- essentially useless?

I really have to say I have far too much success blocking the CPU on a fastbreak dunk just by timing it well... I'm really convinced this is OP in some way. My SG with no blocking points whatsoever just swatted away Derrick Rose's dunk from behind and the possession before that swatted Jimmy Butler's putback attempt into the third row.

This should really be balanced because it seems wrong that my SG is competing with the likes of Anthony Davis for the blocks title
