This is my biggest complaint about the gameplay so far.

The left trigger being the post up button is excellent to me. It comes in handy while dribbling with guards to protect the ball from being stolen and works very well. I also like the different options to pass. Once you get a feel for eveything its second nature.

Hows it artificial? Every post move is pretty obvious and fluid to what youre trying to do to me. What do u mean?

a real tutorial, like the one they used to have, where you see every single control performed by the AI onscreen and then you have to copy it yourself.
They seem to like to do these via the 2k videos.

Re: Controls are horrible

Holding L to back down is perfect , glad they put that back in the series

The 3!! Buttons for passing is ridiculous. Reminds me of the time live made a big deal about having two buttons for shooting.

And I hate having shots mixed with the dribbling. I turn that to only drinle. But then I can't do Euros. Bring back Y to be hop step euro and it will be much better in my opinion

The fact that 2k removed an actual tutorial for simple videos is ridiculous. I never heard of a video game that doesn't at least allow you to learn the controls interactively. The 2kU thing is a joke and it really doesn't help out players new to the franchise.

As for the control themselves, moving the post to L1 was a much needed change and I'm generally a fan of the new controls overall. I will say that doing a drive in the post with RT + flicking the right stick to the baseline or the key has been difficult for me. I can't do it consistently.

You can change what the RS do in the options screen....

In all honesty, there aren't too many post moves IRL. And to the matter of doing something to a user, that has nothing to do with its artificial status. It's how the move looks and executed. I'd rather hold down the trigger and control the post than press a button to trigger it.
