NBA 2K18 Gameplay - Lots of Stuff Here...

The more gameplay i watch the more i see just how different the game looks compared to 2k17. Removing the brick wall animation was nice but replacing it with the hip ride animation was huge. Thats what has been the most exciting thing to watch. Plus not even appreciation has been shown for these new player models.

Man I liked a lot about this video...

1v1 interaction looks good!

-huge reduction in overly sticky defense

-hip riding when EARNED...and there are still blow by's

-at the same time, LD was doing a solid job of defending 1v1 situations..his position was respected

-ive yet to see an elaborate animation sequence in any video I've watched...the way everything is blending reminds me of 2K14...(good thing)

1. Those lightly and late contested jumpshots are no longer considered bad shots and are dropping.

2. You wont be able to over pressure the ball handler. You have to give space now to avoid being driven by, so the mid range and off the dribble game should open up.

3. I would like to see more fouls called when defenders are sprinting into jump shooters.

That Lakers vs Wiz gameplay was Mike Wang live streaming yesterday. Man I really wanted to see some broadcast cam footage. I enjoyed watching them all....noticed some new camera angles for the park.
