There are tons of people streaming the game and I've yet to really hear anything significant that would give anyone a real feel for gameplay. Mike Lowe has a 2 hour video on youtube that I've posted a couple of time to give 23 a break from answering questions. At this point the only thing a person with the game can do is give us visuals of the game which is what 23 was graciously doing with this thread.
NO ONE is knocking 23 and the time he spent in the the thread. Some of us are geuinely surprised by the requests that were made. It's like I'm disappointed by the questions. I was hoping someone would ask something that I might have forgotten about.

It's like having a chance to talk with Jordan about the NBA in a group setting, but the only questions being asked are mainly about his shoes.

23 went out his way to give us some early snippets of the game and some are unsatisfied lol, you expected a full gameplay breakdown when he only had the game for a few hours and he already mentioned it was past midnight

Y'all are ridiculous

IŽm not 23, but my copy of 2k18 arrived today and I first thing I did was simming one season in MyLeague - here are some results.

- Jazz-Cavaliers were in the Finals, with Utah winning in 6.
Rubio won Finals MVP.
- Golden State had the best record in the West and was eliminated in the Conference Finals by Utah.
OKC had the 2nd best record, followed by Houston, Minnesota, Clippers, Jazz, Pelicans, Spurs - Lakers, Grizzlies, Denver, Portland, Mavericks, Suns, Kings missed the Playoffs.
- Cleveland had the best record in the East, followed by Toronto, Philly, Washington, Milwaukee, Orlando, Boston & Charlotte - Knicks, Pistons, Atlanta, Chicago, Indiana, Brooklyn, Miami missed the Playoffs.
- Westbrook won MVP with 26/9/9 per Game.
Lonzo Ball was ROY, Drummond DPOY, LaVine won 6th Man.
- Steph Curry was Topscorer. Chris Paul was the only Player averaging more than 10 Assists (12,4), 3 Players had 9+ Assists. LeBron averaged only 21,2 PPG.
- Houston replaced DŽAntoni in the offseason with Nate McMillan.
- All of the "Stars" stayed at their teams.
- Cleveland ended up with #1 Pick, drafted a 90 Overall (!!) Center
- Rookies look better than in previous years (from a visual aspect, didnŽt check the Ratings/Tendencies)

But remember: Rosters will change, Ratings will change, so we will get different results in after a couple of updates.

One small, but great thing:
you can now see how much the Salary Cap is projected to grow in the future - love this addition.
For example: if you have the Salary Cap at 99 Millions (default) and the increase rate at 50 (default), it shows you that the Salary Cap in 2026 will be at 109 Million and so on.

One note on the sliders:
we now have sliders, where you can set speed and acceleration for the fast and the slow players with and without the ball.
So in theory you should now see and feel the difference in speed/acceleration between Westbrook and and a big man.
Will see how it plays out.

The game comes out in 7 hours? lol, if the release was a week away I'd understand the disappointment.

THIS is what I was expecting to see! Stuff like this!

I know that I'm one of those dudes who gets the game every year, have my laptop beside me, and answer questions while giving my impressions of the game.
