I'm more baffled that this dude did not touch NBA 2K since '16 and feels adequate to say who is overrated and who is not. Jeebus. He does make some good points but it's hit and miss.

Yet their best shooter and player in Lowry who by advanced metrics is a top 15 player is never rated properly on this game,

The entire bench is underrated. I always thought it was a bias on behalf of 2k/beds glad others can see it.

Stats might say otherwise but watching the games, Biyombo is who caused the Cavs a ton of issues which turned the tide for 2 games. He turned into prime mutumbo and was not allowing anything near the rim at all while grabbing every rebound. That's the only reason Orlando gave him that fat contract. They got swept easily last year.

Lowry is a good player but his reputation is not well atm because of the playoff failures year after year. It felt as if they somehow dragged (fluked) their way into the conference finals where everyone was making a joke out of them after being blown out the first 2 games. Every game Toronto lost that series was a double digit beatdown.

Not that basing a 2018 season rating on the super sample size of eight 2017 playoff games makes any sense or anything
