2K19 Needs to Focus on DEFENSE

Man, I thought I was the only one seeing the AI shoot way too good in this game.

There’s no way in hell jumpshots from the AI should be falling at such a crazy clip. Wide open or not, it needs to be toned way down.

Guys with 3 point ratings in the 40’s swishing three after three like it’s nothing. Like you, I’m absolutely shocked when the AI actually misses a shot. It’s literally impossible to hold the AI under 100 points.

You could be facing one of the most offensively strapped teams in the league, and somehow they’ll get 110-120 points a game with guys who have no business scoring buckets the way they do.

You mean that brick wall and then warp into position defense? No thanks...I just want my canned block dunk animations from 2k11 then I would be set. If 2k keeps adding canned dunk on you animations it's only fair to have something for defense in equal number.

I played this NBA Today game last night. The best defensive game I had in months. This is a rare occasion I shut down a team all 4 quarters without them going ape. The Raptors tried to have a B.S. run in the 3rd but I stopped it. I'm not particularly good with OKC, so I was happy with the results. I also played the Cavs/Kings game as the Cavs and the same 1st half results but the Kings started you know what and I gave up 120+ points.

This is a typical half for me but things get bad after this but not last night with OKC.

Of course your going to give up lots of points playing such a ballistic pace, 232 FG attempts in a 48 mins game is 1 every 12 seconds, playing at such a high pace and shooting 40+ 3PT
equals a lot of fastbreak points plus your players being too gassed to get back on defense.

The lakers irl are leading the league in FG attempts per game at 89.6, Memphis is last with 80.3, you're taking 100+ per game.
