Actually looks pretty nice, the Chinese bit was cool and the G-League is back.

Don't see a forced gimmick yet and the cutscene locations look more diverse. The barn 1 on 1 and the player creation(?) seem cool as well.

Just hope the story doesn't drag out.

Glad they have the g league in the game. Story looks much more promising than last year. I'm excited now...

Are the skin textures getting worse? Players seem to look extremely anime-like rather than life like. Seeing some screenshots for the other game, and just the details in characters from other games in general it seems like 2k is extremely lacking in that area. And arguably have gotten worse since their initial next gen title.

Meh on the story. But some things did intrigue me. Especially the player creation chart. Looks like speed and speed with ball are combined, and possibly not tied to ball control. Rebound stats are combined, but there's a boxout stat indicator there. Contact dunk is it's own category.

Also, this presentation is interesting. Can't tell if these will be pre-populated based on height+ build, or if we have some modicom of control over them.

so...many...cut scenes

G-League is a nice touch though. I can see the CBA being the prelude.

Looks like they're forcing situations on us again too, coach screaming at you with 4 seconds left. You have to hit the game winner etc.

Why can't I just make an ordinary player, play in college, get drafted into the NBA and if I'm not good enough, play in the G-League.

What is with all this forced bullcrap just for storyline sake.... my god this actually a joke.

Mazique said on his YT posts that he thinks cutscenes are skippable.
