Getting word from some users that you can download it now with a New Zealand account on PS4. Not sure if it's true.

I see it, when logged in w/ New Zealand account, but it won't let me download it.

I thought they went to a simultaenous worldwide release after 16, anyway it's not available to download on East Coast Australia yet.
