I created another ticket a few days ago
regarding a different issue from this (ie an inability to turn off green flash shot release feedback).
Now they sent me an email claiming that ps4 pro stuttering and green flash feedback are the same issue and closed the ticket. They also warned me not to create multiple tickets on the same exact issue.
This is very unprofessional.

No. Stuttering on ps4 pro and an option to turn green flash off are two separate things. Green flash effect is there even when the shot meter is off and this is related to all platforms.

Looks like 2k is eyeing every possible opportunity to close as many tickets as possible even if it involves falsely accusing consumers.

2K is going downhill on the long run and that they will not see and understand what happened when happened how it happened...
