It has been a few days since I received this message. Asked for an update on this matter. no reply yet.

Btw,

PSN's customer service is utterly rubbish. They told me to re-install the game and do all sorts of crap (reset the console, check your internet connection, etc. - even though I told them the problem occurs offline and online). None of these suggestions worked of course
Now they have run out of answers, they are not even replying back.
