Is this the first update that has changed overalls? I know they have changed positions for certain players in previous updates.

First update to change the individual ratings. The overall is just a end result.

Literally the first thing you notice about Siakam is how fast he is compared to other big running up the court. Yet for 2 years he's been rated the slowest big man on the Raptors. I gave 2k the benefit of the doubt before but he's a starter on a 7-1 team. You can't be serious

If the name isn't LeBron or Curry then who cares - 2k roster team probably

Guys it's kind of scary. And I still don't understand why Beds hasn't increased it yet.

I do have a reason why it hasn't been upped. And I think that has to do with him becoming a cheese or go to player off the raptors bench. I'm not saying it's right either.

Re: NBA 2K19 Roster Update (10-30)

At least some consistency would be nice, for example
John Henson is shooting 38.5% on 1.7 attempts per game and his Open 3pt rating went from what it was previously ( presumably 25 as last season was the only season so far where he even managed 0.1 attempts per game) and its now a 73.

LeBron James is shooting 24.4% 3PT on 5.9 attempts, of the 54 players who have attempted at least 5 a game he is 52nd and yet he has an Open 3pt rating of 82!?, some other players from that group 3pt% this season and ratings
Zach LaVine 82, 38.6%
Goran Dragic 82, 37.8%
Blake Griffin 83, 48.4%
Donovan Mitchell 80, 33.3%
Victor Oladipo 83, 43.2%
Khris Middleton 84, 54.9% (He's number 1 for 3pt% by players attemping 5+ 3's per game and he has an 84??)
Reggie Bullock 84, 25.9% (Seriously? He has the same rating as Middleton who's shooting 29% better from 3?
Danny Green 84, 46.8%
Lonzo Ball 78, 36.1%

How does 2K determine ratings, do they use a RNG?

I think Pacal is a starter in the front court next to Ibaka. Also I'm hearing that he is the fastest big on the roster by far.

I would like to throw out 2 requests:
Take a look at Dinwiddie's shot. His form is not even close in game.
LeVert needs a quick or very quick release

I don't generally defend 2k ratings....BUT, it's a little early to be worrying about Bullock's rating. I mean the Pistons have played 7 games (after losing tonight). Bullock has been a good shooter for his whole career.

2k shouldn't be changing any veteran players ratings this quickly (unless they are grossly wrong like Siakam). Any changes this early should be reflecting new skills (such as Henson shooting threes), unexpected leaps (Vonleh, Magruder, etc.) and rookies being much worse or better than expected. Downgrading players like KAT for a slow start is nonsense off a 6 or 7 game sample.
