Well, I meant like high 90s type Superstar. Simmons is one of the stars on the 6ers, but is he really a Superstar?

haha not sure about dedicated sliders for Simmons, but probably not. He's just a beast like that.

The only other guy with the same size and skillset is Giannis... and he's even better than Ben, otherwise you're looking at 6'7"-6'8" guys

A lot depends on how you 1) define the term point guard and 2) the role of your primary distributor.

I say that because if you run a less traditional offense (ie passing through a big like Jokic or a wing like Batum, or utilizing a lot of flow/motion), then it may open you up to playing whoever you want at "point guard."

It could be advantageous to play someone like Kawhi Leonard in the point guard role, as he is capable of dribbling a ball up the court, and you gain increased switchability.

Example lineup:

PG - Kawhi Leonard
SG - OG Anunoby
SF - CJ Miles
PF - Pascal Siakam
C - Serge Ibaka

This lineup would allow you match up defensively with someone like Simmons at point, or even wreak havoc defensively on a more traditionally-sized point guard like Kyrie Irving or Damian Lillard.

Nic Batum isnt an awful option if used correctly... not an elite athlete and his 2k ratings arent great. (He was a much more impactful player a few years ago), but he can handle a little, shoot and pass. Solid.

no he's not as good in real life as he is in this game

i think the only real option is to actually go into depth with defensive setting
& put the best defender you have around the same height on him otherwise he's just gonna kill you in the post if you have a 6'3 point guard on him
