A majority of players don't play like themselves or aren't able to be played like themselves. People like Justice Winslow and Kelly Olynyk aren't too useful in this game.

This! Dude is nice, especially finishing at the rim like you said. He just iso's and blows right by guys like nothing and even if he doesn't fully get past a guy, his length still allows him to get to the rim. He's also a pretty decent passer. As far as attributes go, I think his driving layup should be higher...at least an 87-90. And for badges, acrobat should be upgraded to gold and bronze lob city passer added. Just my 2 cents.

Is it specifically their athleticism and/or ball handling ratings that are out of wack? Or something else?

Your an NYC guy right? Spencer gets a lot fouls and ISO **** ton. I would think either his finishing or handle would be up. But at this point. He's basically a second rate back from 2 years ago.

Speed: +3 from 77 to 80

Just the feel of them. Winslow feels very stiff and robotic. I'm not sure how to explain it, but it feels like I'm controlling a big. He doesn't feel like a dynamic wing player. Olynyk isn't athletic. He isn't an ankle breaker or anything. IRL, he's able to create plays for himself and others because of his craftiness. I just feel like I can't do that with him in 2K. Even Bam Adebayo. He brings the ball up court sometimes and he looks smooth doing it. In 2k, it's more robotic.

Disclaimer : I'm terrible at explaining things, so I do apologize if you don't get what I'm trying to say. Here are some highlights that I feel can't be replicated in 2k. BTW, this isn't my way of asking for rating increases or saying these players are underrated. Because they're not doing anything too amazing. I just think the way these players play, just to name a few, isn't a way that can be replicated in 2k.
