edit: and i am right, the ps4 pro was using techniques to make it Look like 4k, but was Not powerful enough to really render 4k.

Bro that’s not every game . Some games run native. and some are upscaled and/or checkerboarding. Hardcore games like TLOU and God of war are upscaled. Most sport games and COD games are 4K / 60 FPS.
You can make games run 4K / 60 FPS by downgrading graphics and other settings . Which 2k did . My point as to why 2k14’s techniques weren’t sustainable. They weren’t running GTA 5 at native 4K . We’re talking 2k here.
