Yea 2k updated the heights last year , last year was the first time the nba made new height and weight mandatory. Ben Simmons being 6’11 is def new the websites must have just updated them because he wasn’t that last year

Are you really asking that question? The league we are talking is neither the ESPN League, nor the CBS Sports league. It's the NBA, so whatever is listed on the official web presence of the NBA is the official info.

"It was known" is not the official fact. 2k used the official heights listed on nba.com. On nba.com KD was listed as 6'9'' for years, so this is what 2k used.

I'm just curious, where are the depth charts on NBA.com site?

I've been doing rostets for years and haven't used that site in years.

ESPN has had all the updated info for months that NBA.com just recently updated.

I'll stand in defense to the guy questioning which site offers the most accurate to date measurements.

Because athletes fluctuate.

Its more so evident in football or maybe an off-season program.

Guys have their physique size & their in season maintenance size. Now height obviously isn't adjusted by this.

But a prime example for nba is Giannis he has easily added nearly 50lbs of mass to his stature over past 5 years.

I say this to say the nfl has the official reported "this looks good" measurements. But typically you'll get more insight from local journalist & reporters on tidbits found day by day.

Height is finnicky and something that isn't re-evaluated realistically because once your stamped with your size percentile that's all you'll be remembered as unless something unorthodox to the eye occurs.
