So I am taking it that it was not the criticism of the game or the developers, but crossing the line in terms of the disrespect. Otherwise there would be many more getting banned for commenting on aspects of the game that they feel is "broken."

And what did he say that was ban worthy? I think we all need to send PM's to Steve_OS telling them that a mistake has been made. I don't see anything ban worthy up there. So what if he said they are putting out betas, how is that ban worthy?

I agree....sure, he was being sarcastic, but I have seen much worse on this forum, and at least he had something to offer.
