It's unique to every profile on the computer. Not just computer, that's what I've been trying to say. I recommend you ask for a key ONLY when you choose Run as Admin. That's the only guarantee. It has to be the will stay the same.

I found out what the problem was. It was my registration name. For some reason my full name was in the registration name field, but I found the e-mail that sent Vlad when he first released RED MC last year for 2K13 and my registration name was my first and last name only not my middle initial. Just typed that in with and pasted the newest key he sent me and it worked, I was able to see all the .FXG files in my folder and have full access to it.

I just got done talking to Vlad about my situation last night and we both had a great laugh over my blonde moment.

Best thing I can tell you to do is e-mail him and give him the name that you put down on the registration form for your new computer along with the computer id #. He should then be able to send a key very very quickly for you to paste in to see if it works correctly then.

I think you open the ps3 roster in REDMC then export csv then open the 360 roster and import the ps3 file that you exported , never tried it myself so if I'm wrong I'm sorry but I'm sure I will get corrected if I am wrong .

I am trying to do this with a ps3 file from NCAA Basketball so I can ude the roster on the xbox 360 same game!
I cant even open NCAA Basketball roster with RED MC so does anyone know any other way to export and import CSV files?
