NBA 2K10 Custom Music Thread

I don't have a list handy, but I have all the songs mentioned in this thread as well as some previous stuff that I used in NFL 2k5 and some other more recent songs since then. If you want, you can PM me what you already have and I can add the ones that I have that aren't on that list. I think it would be better if we worked together to avoid overlap.

The problem I am having though is finding chants. I really can't find anything that would work for chant defense and chant team. That isn't such a bad problem because I know the game already has some chants, but one thing that concerns me is that if we use custom sounds for the other events will we lose the built-in sounds?

I am hoping that the game uses what is already built-in additionally to whatever we add because finding those chants might be a problem.

Cant you just record the chants from Choops2k8? Just a suggestion...i havent played 2k8 in awhile but the selection of chants is pretty deep from what i recall...

i wish they had FOUL OUT option song in this game...

First off did you confirm whether or not in game events add reverb? Secondly tell us what program you're using and your reverb % settings. I may want to add more music and it'd be nice to have consistency.

edit: Two more things. Did anyone find out what "Long" actually does?

Also are you actually normalizing the tracks or just adjusting the volume levels? Please say you're not normalizing them because that produces awful affects.

I'm very curious to see the outcome of player music. I can't imagine the tracks last longer than 10 seconds in game.

And are we able to do multiple tracks for players as well? Or does that only apply to the general arena music?

the program im using isnt that great. im gonna switch and go with what you all are using.. reverb right now is undetermined. testing will need to be done. to find that perfect #.. what are you all experiementing with on audacity in regards to reverb%
