2k10 vs 2K11 -same as -An "open" WR in NCAA vs an "open" WR in the NFL

Thats an insult to the NCAA. NBA 2k10's pass defense was so poor that we took it for granted when they were just half bad.

This was 2k10 being half bad but we didnt complain about this.

Re: The turnovers are a bit ridiculous

After averaging 20+ TO's a game I had a game this morning with only 7. This on Pro/Sim. I took every possesion seriously for the whole 48 min.

Gotta say I hope 2K does not go tweaking things because of the complaints. Play the game making smart decisions and the to's will come down. Peace!!!!

I agree that there are plenty of turnovers.....if you don't pass the ball smart. Example: You gotta work the ball around the perimeter now. You can't just get around the perimeter in one pass anymore.

I'm starting to get 2k10 out of my system now. Getting better with 2K11's mechanics and strategy.

The pass logic on kick outs just needs a bit of work. Guys shouldn't be chest passing back out to the perimeter on resets off offensive boards.

It's not a game killing issue or anything, it just requires dribbling out a bit with bigs and hoping the guys on the perimeter start moving so you can actually lead them somewhere.

It would be much better passing out of the post if you could lead guys left and right on the perimeter even when they're stationary.
I read an old article from summer where the developers were saying "total control passing" was going to be a must this year. Icon passing is a problem when trying to work around the perimeter. I have much better results using the total control passing.

And to the OP, while there are A LOT of steals happening, (to me as well), it really is nothing more than bad passing habits created by previous versions of this game that allowed users to be successful in playing that way. You have to change your ways and the types of passes your throwing around.
