If you are looking for fair, the serpentine is the way to go. That provides the most balance to the league. If you are looking for having a good mix of good teams, average teams, and bad teams then go with the fixed draft.

I would say that either way you are going to get a more even distribution of talent than you see currently in the NBA so you really can't go wrong either way.

If you are looking for just general competition between all teams then serpentine is the way to go. Almost all teams will be within a few points of each other rating wise.

If you want a more realistic franchise then I'd do fixed because you end up with a handful of teams that are stacked. A handful of teams that I think peewee players could beat and a lot of them in between.

Thanks. I'll go with Fixed. I think it's more fun having GREAT teams and then crappy teams. Hopefully I get the middle ground.
