Ok its really bugging me .. I'm hoping its due to the early build .. But I really hate 90% of the dunks I've seen so far ... No Emotion. Chandler DUNKS with passion most times .. all i see is soft stuff .. 2k11 was the first time I felt like there were a lot fluffy DUNKS .. and seems they made here way in to 2k12

Other then that everything is good and somethings are great!

0ct 4th hurry up !

I just played both versions and while some things appear to be missing from the ps3 version, both games seem to play very smooth. I just love how they have fixed Dirk's shooting animation from last year. Also, the post moves are easier than ever to pull off!!

Can't wait to get the full game baby!!

I thought the gameplay was a little to quick at first actually, but I've grown into it. For stuff like a pump fake and spin into a shot, it just happened so quickly, but I'm getting the hang of it. Dirk's really the only one I like shooting with.

One more thing I noticed. On the 360 version, during a whistle, a little crawl pops up in the corner with Lebron and Dirk and it says NBA 2K12 Coming October 5 but little Lebron and Dirk don't show up on the PS3 version. Maybe I'm missing something. Back to gaming.
No, same here. There is no LeBron and Nowitzki in this popup on PS3...

Guys, look at the description of this articles, right below the picture. They are already now that

"Free throw bug, after 3 second violation, is demo bug only."

It took me about 15 games, but I'm finally seeing how versatile the Y button is for the post game. After the auto-post-mess that was 2k10, this is just way more intuitive. Whether you have a dribble or have lost your dribble just press Y. Watch your player alternate between a face-up and back to the basket. What this has achieved in basketball terms is a complete pivot foot and opens up so many possibilities. You can use it after a rebound too. No more worries of a silly hopstep down low or ugly signature gather. Well done 2k.

Re: NBA 2k12 Demo Available Now, Post Impressions Here: 360 & PS3 Versions UP

LOL last 2 years I have to download the 360/ps3 version for the demo because they havent released it on pc yet. I wouldnt trust my word because I switch to PC since it started releasing on that platform. Take the word of someone who plays on PS3 solely, this might be normal.

PC version I usually mod to death but the ps3 is definitely missing something. That little animation that plays in the bottom left corner is missing. I know thats been said before but the game drops to less then 30fps when that little banner pops up.

I just feel bad for the ps3 users. I dont pay for online, but if you dont mind then I would go for the 360 version from my early impression. Nothing changed this year in the quality department. If your used to it and dont mind then pick up the ps3 version.

With that said, the game is a step up from 2k11. Im loving all the contact animations downlow. Thats the only thing that was very important to me and everything else is icing on the cake. Last week was my last day playing 2k11 I just have to wait until it drops for pc. Cant wait to see what the modding community does with 2k12.
