Simple, read the impressions thread. There are good features in the game, no doubt, but not enough to constitute a $60 purchase IMHO over '11. I bought '10 & '11 (something I rarely do in sports titles). I've learned from NCAA '12, to wait for the hype and "gloss" of a release to tone down. After the second patch, it's (NCAA) finally playable.
With NBA2k12, its Legends. Off topic, where is the final review from OS? It's still not on the main pg, unless I've missed it.
If it was $30 sure that's fine, but this like all sports games are not "all new". How publishers regularly charge this is nuts, they'll continue as people will pay it. For 2k12, i'll wait. With a working schedule, I cannot play as much as most of these people on these message boards.
Again, read the impressions thread.... 2k11 is much more forgiving than '10. If 12 is terribly harder on certain levels, then I don't think my controllers can handle the abuse.
