    Rubioooo!!!!!!!!!

One complaint I have with this games is how low the rated ricky rubio. A 67 is just a slap in the face to any point guard who has ever played basketball! IMHO I think he should be at least rated an 85. His passing and court vision is equal to steve nash, and yet the 2k12 team bought into all the haters and took it out on rubio.

Equal to 2 time MVP and future Hall Of Famer Steve Nash? He's played what, 2 games?

And you're saying he's equal to Steve Nash.

    I can't even, I just, WOW.

2 games???????? This is the same Ricky Rubio that played professional basketball since he was 14! He was the heart and soul of the spanish national team. Steve Nash benefited from Amare dunking every pass that was thrown within 5 feet of him.

I'm so tired of seeing cats complain about their favorite teams players being rated low.

            2 Games in the NBA.

I don't care what he's done in Spain since he was 14. For you to say he's equal to Steve Nash is just asinine.

"Dawg", first of all go suck a chode! And you are probably one of those "fans" that only believes the lies that ESPN tries to force down your throat! Don't fall into those lies man, by the time we look back at Rubio's career he will undoubtedly be the best point guard of his generation.

I definitely think rubio has a bright career ahead of him,BUT you cant just say he's an 85 after 3 games. I think he will be an elite PG but he hasnt proved himself to be on Nash's level. He does have amazing vision and ability to dictate a game though...

                  Re: Rubioooo!!!!!!!!!

I don't have 2K12, so I can't comment on the accuracy of his ratings. What I can say with confidence is that Rubio is not at Steve Nash's level; he's 21, can't fault him for that. He has an amazing passing ability, great court vision, and a high basketball IQ. However, his shooting and finishing leave much (and I mean MUCH) to be desired.
Controlled by a player, you can never really see the basketball IQ, court vision, and the like. As such, these things probably don't hold too much value factoring into the Overall. Additionally, his lack of scoring punch likely cripples his rating.

                    Re: Rubioooo!!!!!!!!!

Rubio probably has to spend a little more time in the league before some serious comparisons to Nash can even be taken serious.

Suprised I had time to even make a post before this thread is closed. Hilarious!!!

I actually think 2k12 did a pretty good job at nailing his ratings. He plays very similar to how he does in real life right now. He usually puts up like 8 points and 7 assists in association.

Was LeBron even an 85 in his first year in the league? I hope you don't think Jimmer deserves to be up in the ranks too...

One thing I would increase is his pass rating. 84 is too low when passing is pretty much the best thing he has going for him. He has unique court vision and I would even go on record as saying he's a better passer than D.Rose (who I feel doesn't get enough credit for his passing either) whos rated an 88 in passing, and I'm a Bulls fan.

I would probably give him an 88 pass rating also simply because he's a rookie who's gonna make turnovers and can improve.

67 may be low but hes played 3 games in total in the NBA, Im sure itll go up but he cant be given a 85 yet. I think its a matter of time before he starts in Minnesota and he was in at PG in the 4th and he was pretty effective that the Heat guarded him with Lebron in the last 5 minutes or so as Cole was having no success.

85 overall? Are you freaking serious? Guys like LaMarcus Aldridge need to beast all season to get a freaking 83 and you want to give Rubio an 85 after 3 games?

I'm from Spain so I'm a big Rubio fan, but come on, I hope this thread is a joke
