Best blockers are useless in this game!

Completely agree...it's too bad some people think they "know better" and DENY that this works simply because they either don't want to believe it or are too lazy to try.

I will say that there is also something to the idea of the timing being off on blocks from the weak side though....especially for the ELITE game changing shot blockers in the game. I find it difficult, if not almost impossible to block a shot from the weak side even with guys like Ibaka....even when it seems like I time it perfectly.

meh its just forcing canned animation. 2k just took out the timing and simplied it for new players who arent used to the game but now its becoming the norm. I prefer the old way of playing actuall defense guarding the shot on perimeter and in the paint

only 3 and 2 represent paint blocks that i feel are realistic....1 was impressive, but would require the timing and athleticism of a jungle cat to pull off ( while playing on-ball that close).

I was thinking this for a good while when I got the game but lately with the roster and sliders I'm using I'm actually having a really good time playing Center all game with Howard(Whereas I usually play with the PG on D). I'm averaging 2-3 blocks a game with some big games but not many under or over 3.

Here's the best one from the game before last that I played.


EDIT: Make sure you watch in 480p at least LOL had to record it with my S 2, Also I use LT/L2 + hands up to contest most shots, but RT + Y/Triangle when I'm going for the block. Although I do get some blocks with hands up too.
