Vinny how far do you see this team going? I think last year was their best chance to win it all. KG can be as good as he wants to be, but he'll never win a championship by himself. Cassell and Spree aren't thinking team right now, so their chemistry isn't at the highest height right now.

Re: Official Minnesota Timberwolves Thread

Right now I agree. I really dont know if they have what it takes to get there. I think Cassell and Spre really want the contract extensions, but want the championship just as much.

Last year we hardly had our whole team healthy. I think regardless of contracts and all the stuff, if the T'wolves are healthy, they will go far once again. I dont know if it will be the top, but I believe they can get as far as last year at least.

Just look at the talent they had in previous years. Aside from KG it wasnt that fantastic, and they still got to the playoffs every year. If they dont make it this year, I dont think they will in the near future.

I agree with you Vinny. Dont you see Flip or Glen Taylor just stepping in and doing something though about the situation? My guess is Flip and KG will talk to Spree and Sam. Flip just seems to have that skill to get players to buy into his system and think of the team. On the other hand though, I think Wally may speak up a little bit if he stays healthy this year. What do you guys think of the Jason Kidd rumors?

Re: Official Minnesota Timberwolves Thread

Too bad about that OT loss to Denver. 94-92.

KG had:

25 points
15 rebounds
7 assists

Trenton Hassell racked up 17 points
Spree had 13
