Things that you "dislike"

I didnt wanna use hate cuz its strong and if you hate it then you shouldnt be playing it, imo.

1. Warped layups/dunks - You could stand 10-15 feet away just press R2 and square and it warps you into an animationed layup
2. god awful ball handling when driving lane - everyone knows this lol
3. really bad AI
a. Sometimes a center will hold the ball at the 3pt line till there :2 left on the shot clock and then shoot it...whats that all about haha

anything else you guys dont like about this game. I want this game to get back into the swing of things since were in conference play in real life.

well i got two things i hate.
1. there is no game this year
2. they dont let us change the class

AI Offense - Dump it to the post for the jump shot every drive? yea...thats not basketball. When it happens, I just pretend something else happened on their drive that lead to 2 points so I don't get too frustrated with it.

Agree on the 3 pt line layup animations, I successfully pull up for a mid range J about 3 times out of 10.

Zone Defense - For Human, its god awful. Players are switching back and forth, theres no formation what so ever. At least for me.

Double Team - For me, double teaming is pointless. They always hit the open cutter for the layup, or i get a reach in foul. However, when I get double teamed, my guy throws some crappy pass.

Warm Up the Bus - Well, I know its happened before, but just listening to my brother playing the game as I type this. Crowds do not cheer "warm up the bus" for 3+ minutes.


Just listing random things. I could live with all of them.

Overall AI ability. The passing out of double teams that someone previously mentioned is one grievance of mine, but the worst in my opinion is the ability of the AI to pass from the top of the key through the bodies of two or three of my players to a back door cutter for an easy layup, which is 99% good and unblockable because my defender who was in position inexplicably floats away as he swats. When I try the same plays, I only get the ball to my cutter about 40% of the time, even when the passing lane is wide open. Their center with 30 steal ability usually puts his arm in exactly the right place for the one-handed catch despite his back being turned, and it's going the other way. That's the main issue for me, but there are several AI "god mode" attributes like that.

I just picked this up last week.......The CPU shooting from the post 99.97% of the time out of 100 is my main issue.

Running a 2-3 Zone helps somewhat but eventually the CPU will dump it in the post for the catch n shoot or the turn around jumper.

Besides a complete roster reconstruction, is there any way to even limit it?

That being said, I like more than I dislike (especially the way plays are run).

I was about to pick this up again but the throw it into the post every time for the AI still exist huh? Do sliders help fix this or at least make it apporpriate percentages???
