Re: 360 transfer kit question

My transfer kit keeps telling me there is a memory card read error. I'm suppose to disconnect then re-connect the memory card, however this doesn't fix the problem it just starts the cycle all over again telling me to re-connect. Help!

HAVE YOU formatted the memory card on the 360? i think i read you gotta format it on the 360, not on the program on the pc.

Re: 360 transfer kit question

I picked up the Datel kit and a memory card from Best Buy over the weekend....had a couple more kits too....

I haven't opened it yet because I want to make sure it is working for folks and the 360 has the named rosters, etc....because I HATE paying 40 bucks for a memory card....

I liked the thing I had for regular x for the past two years...it was like 25 bucks and included a memo card.

You need to place the .z36 file in the folder that xchange created on your computer. Once you do that, you can open up Xchange, plug the Memory card into your comp, and then transfer the file from you HDD to your MUM. Hope that makes sense. It took me some time to figure it out too. It's not very user friendly like AR was.

Definitely not, I read a review of it somewhere here recently and it seemed quite a bit more complicated than this process.
