matt grothe of south florida should remain the same or downgraded rating to 90, but changing to 88 overall is insane he is just as good as the 90 overall rated Qbs u have plan for adjustment

i have my own ratings template that i have used since ncaa 05 on PS2 and been using it since...your understand the maddness once the final product is completed

you are correct sir...the big conferences will be all completed perfectly and the lower level college will be decent i would say during the summer updates but once the season starts up they all will be perfect

my main issue this year is Phil Steele usually puts out top 70 players at each position for all returning players but this year he only put out draft eligible players so thats making me rate longer
