Also Russell Shepard needs to be at least 97 speed a report says he's the next Percy Harvin so he needs just a little bit of a boost in his running categories

No QB in their right mind should be a 97 speed. Just because ONE report says he's the next Percy Harvin doesn't mean he's an exact clone, and should have the exact same skill set. I think he's good where's he's at.

Russell Shepard is an amazing athlete, but he's not quite on Percy Harvin's level. Russell Shepard does have a mid to low 4.4 40 time, but that's quite a bit slower than Harvin's documented times. Shepard's game speed is as fast as his 40 indicates, as is Percy Harvin's speed, but Percy Harvin is still on a different level. Shepard does have not have the acceleration, balance, body awareness, agility or the cutting ability that Percy Harvin had as a freshman. I'm not knocking Russell in any way. Along with Ebahn Feathers, Jake Locker, Zach Collaros and Jeremiah Masoli, he's one of the most athletic players (not just QBs) in the country.
