Coaches completetly redone using Herbinators spread sheet, modified slightly (all ratings /2).

All Coordinators zeroed out, unless they are a 'big' name coordinator (Weis, Kirby Smart, Kiffin, etc) Then they were given either 15 (Weis, Smart, Malzahn) or 10 (Kiffin) or 5 (Norm Chow).

The file uploaded does not have Norm updated yet. Will get that done.

Many more accessories updated, some general touchups throughout.

Option teams (AF, Army, Navy, GT) run blocking improved a bit to help with the WR not blocking since patch#2.
