Houston HB Charles Sims is transferring. Word is it's between Cal and WVU with WVU being the favorite right now. He is eligible to play immediately where ever he chooses.

Just a quick question. I'm going to be doing an online dynasty with my friend and I'm using IU. He has a list in this order of schools he may use: UCLA, Rutgers, Cal, Temple, Buffalo, and Vanderbilt. I can beat Alabama on Heisman with IU and he is thinks if he uses UCLA or Rutgers that it will be "unfair" to me. I told him no but he is hell bent on that being the case. Which one of these schools is the most fair for him to use if I am using IU?
