Re: Tdawg's "Adjusted Scale" Re-rated Roster

so I was able to get a test dynasty all set up. Holy ****. Wow.

I played syracuse with my boys, Penn State. Won the game 40-14. But nothing, and I do mean nothing felt scripted or cheap.

I had a few FCS upsets, but can't get the schedule to load in the EA DB Editor.

playing EMU next...I'm a 68 rated overall vs their 38. Should be a complete and utter domination.

Re: Tdawg's "Adjusted Scale" Re-rated Roster

After a 5-0 start, fell to Michigan 20-17, and after a bye, got torched by Ohio State 51-26.

sitting at 5-2, torched Illinois 56-10.

Basically teams that I'm rated higher than, I usually handle. Teams that I'm even with (Michigan), I had a 50/50 game, but 2 costly turnovers led to 10 Michigan points.

Against a team rated higher than me, I had to play perfect, but 5 interceptions (2 pick 6) closed that door fast after a 28-0 first quarter. Eventually I would outgain them in the game, but 21 rushes for 32 yards wasn't going to get it done.

Against Illinois, threw for 219 yards with 3 TD's. Ran for 288 with 4 TD's, with a long run of 67 yards on a sweep play, which I've never seen go for more than 4 yards. was beautiful. Everyone reach blocked, the WR took care of the CB, and my playside OT released and went to the LB at the 2nd level. really was a thing of beauty.

Re: Tdawg's "Adjusted Scale" Re-rated Roster

Hi there, I downloaded your roster last night and started a dynasty. I noticed the reduced ratings for my team(USC) which I checked the QBs (Kessler 67ovr, Wittek 66ovr). However when I advanced to the first game they had all jumped up into the 80s. Is this normal or did I do something wrong?

Re: Tdawg's "Adjusted Scale" Re-rated Roster

First, let me say that I've been getting great games with the roster edit.

Second, I have one really big beef with the edits. Kickers. 95% of the kickers cannot make a 40 yard FG which is just ridiculous. I'm using Pitt in a PN game, and my kicker left a 39 yard FG short. Even the weakest kickers have range to about 42-43 yards. Kick power of 49?

that's really my only gripe, is that not only am I forced to go for it on 4th and 4 from my own 23, the CPU almost always does as well. both those situations should be nearly automatic 3 points (85% of the time).

And i have the Kick Power set at 100.
