You can pick up NCAA 2006 with the 2005 rosters for only 1 or 2 dollars.

I have NCAA 06, not sure if it works though. But I agree, the 2005 class was the first to get me really into football. It was a great class.

Yes. Once you get to playing around with it, you'll get the hang of how to use it. You should eventually figure out that you can take the roster file from the editor and bring it in and out of the ps3. If you post it to psn, people are free to grab the file off roster share and continue editing.
