Having some trouble using the RPCS3 file. The game can see it, when I click load on the roster, spin icon shows for a millisecond, then disappears, nothing happens.

Anyone got any tips on this?

Tremendous work as usual, lads. Question tho:

When this is done, will there be an alternate vanilla file that doesn't have the 4 teams modded in and has UConn, UMass etc etc?

The mod team's aesthetic work is next level great, but the dynasty stability of it seems a little questionable with more than a couple reports of freezing.
Just wondering; keep up the great work!

Yes we plan to have an alternate file that has the original teams of Idaho, UMass, UConn, & NMSU instead of Charlotte, Appalachian St., Georgia Southern, & Coastal Carolina once we hit 126/126 teams updated. The new teams will remain the "Main" file.

The freezing issue is likely unrelated to the roster file. The game wasn't the most stable as is but throw in the possibility of a broken file dump/mod install and wear/tear of a disc of a 7 year old game (for those that don't have the digital version), freezes aren't uncommon. If you are having freezing issues with a certain team at a certain point repeatedly, we can certainly look into it though.

Re: NCAA Football 14: 2020-2021 Roster Update

Checked out the post-spring Ohio State roster this morning.. a few notes:
  • WR Kamryn Babb is listed as #17, but should be #7. Unsure if this was a deliberate decision, as QB CJ Stroud is also #7 on offense
  • LT Dawand Jones is listed as a RS SO. He is a true SO
  • DT Taron Vincent is listed as a true JR. He took a medical RS last year and should be a RS SO
  • DT Jerron Cage is listed as a RS SO. Should be a RS JR
  • I'm noticing that there are 4 SS on the roster and no FS on the roster. I presume this is to account for that Ohio State predominately played with three Corners and one-high safety last year? If so, wouldn't it be more natural to have the safeties all be Free Safeties?
  • Given the above, a different approach could be to put the nickel corners at Strong Safety. These are presumed to be Marcus Williamson, and Cameron Brown
  • True Freshman Latham Ransom was a top-150 recruit and is likely the future at deep-Safety for the team. He might be worth adding in replacement of WR Elijah Gardiner, who is part of a bloated WR room and passed up by a number of first and second-year players

Did you actually check to see if it loaded? Cause I can almost guarantee that it did.

Lol. I'm going to say user error on this one. I did everything from scratch and it worked flawlessly. Not sure why the first time didn't load any names for anyone. Play on fellas!

NCAA Football 14: 2020-2021 Roster Update

@vikesfan059 @appstate

UNC CHARLOTTE 49ERS

OFFENSE: Pro Style
DEFENSE: 4-2-5
Head Coach: Will Healy
Defensive Coordinator: Marcus West/Brandon Cooper
Offensive Coordinator: Mark Carney

IMPORTANT ROSTER/DEPTH NOTES (shoutout to @_agent49 for the help):

Last year’s top LB Henry Segura walked away from the team, JUCO transfer Lyndarious Strange quit football for a different career (also reported by David Scott).

Rico Arnold was the top receiver for the team but missed 2019 with an injury and is now returning this year and therefore has been returned to his top WR-X spot over Tyler Ringwood.

Micaleous Elder, who walked away from school in the spring semester, has now returned and is back on the team.

Prince Bemah was projected to be the top starting MIKE LB this year before missing all of the year after the 3rd game of the season due to injury. His injury will still need a 1.5 months to heal.

Malik Harkness has medically retired.

In 4-2-5 scheme EA makes all the MLBs the MIKE linebackers and all the ROLBs the WILL linebackers. That’s why the depth chart is listed as such. Furthermore for the 4-2-5, EA uses SS#2 as the #1 Nickelback/Star player and CB #3 as the #2 Nickelback/Star player so all NB/STAR players are listed at SS and CB and denoted as such.

All freshman and redshirt freshman have their star rankings for reference of evaluating ratings based on 247 ratings.
