First Post has a new roster

Updates for Dec 7, 2021:
-First roster using my latest v0.60 Roster Conversion Tool (First update in over 5 years to this tool)
-Fixes capitalizations and naming issues
-Adds more hair/face combinations
-Fix FCS roster issue with missing Southeastern team
-Uses latest NCAA Revamped Roster base

I can't pass through week one with any coach.
I will keep trying and build a V5 with your new rosters.

I see strange. I havent had issues so far on PSP version.

You can try to do a copy paste over to your dynasty manually. The columns of interest are:

CDID (Defense Playbook)
CPID (Offense Playbook)
CLFN (Coach First Name)
CLLN (Coach Last Name)
CDTR (Defense Tendency)
COTR (Offense Tendency)

The rest arent super important.

One thing that is neat to play around with though is CDPC. CRPC, and CTPC
This is static for CPU coaches, but I sometimes randomly change them each year in a dynasty. This controls the team percent on Recruiting, Training, and Discipline.

I solved the problems, I changed user team for a few times and the problem was gone.
So V5 is done, with latest Antroid rosters and coach profiles. To create your coach, please go to postion under coach options and press circle or b.
This mod only needs updated top 25 list, Heisman list and Athlon cover.

Love the work here! Just curious if you know when you guys will get the final touches on this? Would really enjoy a dynasty with all of these little things in it! Thanks again for this its great stuff!

Really enjoying these rosters. I'm on PS2 with a memory card. I started a dynasty with Texas State and a few things I noticed:

- I imported Texas St to C-USA (in place of Rice) and also imported App State to Sunbelt and WKU to Independents (instead of UMass). I'm controlling Texas State but not App St or WKU. In the dynasty, App St and WKU don't have any stats and appear to play games with no players? They lose like 73-0 to Tennessee Tech and they have no stats, the game has no stats, it's like they don't exist? I tried to play a game as App State and the game completely froze when it came time to kickoff. It was kinda creepy! Haha. I restarted my dynasty with TSU cause I didn't want to have App or WKU in the NCAA.

- The gameplay seems different in a good way. The defenses seem to play tighter with more anticipation? Maybe cause AGILITY is boosted up higher than usual? Pass rush is better and DB's tip the ball more. Also seems like a lot more big hits. My go to plays still work, but you gotta be more precise. I think it's really fun.

- It's so fun to see the Top 25 after a couple weeks. The rankings are based on 2006, but with 2021 rosters so you can imagine #1 USC loses quickly, then so many teams go down to teams that are good this year. Really fun. Also you see 2021 good teams rocketing up the rankings like Ole Miss, Alabama and Clemson, Pitt, NC, Cincinnati, BYU, etc.

yes, for some reason when you swap a fcs team with fbs team when setting a dynasty up, it doesnt pull in their depth chart. the way to fix this is to manually add their depth charts in using the editor tools. i dont know why this happens but its not always consistent. this also gets resolved after the first season is over.

as far as roster balancing goes, i am making some major changes to my porting tool which will rebalance the rosters more closely to the default ps2 rosters so things like agility and awareness will be calmed down. i am trying to also be mindful of new playbooks and what not too. its a balance but im 90% there.

finally, i plan on releasing a new roster soon that will also fix overall ratings for good and include the changes above.

doing some more tweaking of the rating changes before i update with the latest revamped base roster and release it.

I kinda like how good the defenses are playing with AGI and AWR up. The game play seems faster? Is that possible? I'm enjoying it.
