Varsity sliders - the only way to fix the INT problem

I've now done hundreds of hours of slider testing and I've found that the INT problem is not cause, nor can it be fixed, by sliders.

The outrageous string of CPU INT's is cause by momentum. Once the CPU throws a pick, they're gonna throw more. Sometimes they will throw 4 or 5 on CONSECUTIVE PLAYS. The only way I've found to fix it is to play on Varsity.

Of course, this present a whole new set of issues, because Varsity just isn't hard. To that end, I use Ask Corso for BOTH offense and defense, and I use these sliders. If anybody would like to try them and post some results, that would be great. Me, I've used these for a while now and I've gotten blown out several times by good teams and I've steamrolled a few patsies myself. The evenly-matched teams play evenly-matched games, and I find myself fighting for victories as if I were playing on Heisman.

There's still flaws, absolutely. But this is as close to the drama of college football I've been able to get out of this game.

Difficulty Level -- VARSITY
Qtr Length -- 8 min.

Defense

All penalties at 100 except clipping, which I have set at 50.

Why is varsity the answer and how is it the problem goes away? Is momentum turned off at this level? I gave varsity a brief shot and didn't notice any difference in the cpu QB play in the handful of games I played.

Momentum is not off, but it's not on steroids like it is at the higher levels.

The QB won't play any differently at all. For the most part, neither will the DB's.

The problem with INT's isn't that the QB's throw INT's. It's that, once they throw one, it becomes a snowball effect. They throw pick after pick after pick.

There are other issues that aren't nearly as visible as the INT's related to momentum - for instance sacks. On Heisman, I have gone whole games without sacking the QB. It's nearly impossible to get pressure without blitzing.

But just watch for that time when you get through and sack them inside their own 20, or better yet, for a safety. I did that and ended up getting EIGHT sacks with that same player.

I did some testing in practice mode and adjusted these for more realism and even more difficulty...

I'm probably going to end up tweaking these slightly before I start my dynasty, maybe drop Human QB Accuracy a notch or two...
