Those ratings should be good then. Unless he is playing in a dynasty beyond year one. I think the results are expected but maybe based on other feedback the WR catch could be raised five but I could live with leaving it unchanged.

My only concern with raising the WR catch is the unrealistic boosting that will sometimes occur.

Re: SECElite's Post Patch Sliders Please Try!

Playing as Michigan vs. Minnesota.

Final Score
Michigan 41
Minnesota 27

First Downs
Michigan 17
Minnesota 18

Total Offense
Michigan 465
Minnesota 466

Rushing
Michigan 36-236-3
Minnesota 24-43-1

I exploded in the second half. I don't know if Minnesota's defense was tiring or they changed the game plan or what but I got about 150 yards in the second half on about 20 carries.

Shaw ended up with 107 yards on 24 carries (Exactly his ypc average of 4.4 last year!) Michael Cox dominated rushing for 55 yards on just 5 carries, including a 28 yard touchdown run. Cox average 8.8 ypc last year (mainly due to a big run as well and only 13 carries...) Forcier added another big run of 31 yards for a 4th quarter TD.

Minnesota continued their struggles on the ground with Bennett only getting 40 yards on 13 carries. (3.0) In comparison Bennett average 3.8 Ypc last year and Minnesota did struggle running the ball.

Completions
Michigan 14-29-2
Minnesota 25-47-3

Got Tate about 50% at 14-27. Only had to throw 5 times in the second half.

Passing Yards
Michigan 229
Minnesota 423

Michigan secondary isn't good, so not too bad of a number.

Turnovers:
Michigan 0
Minnesota 3

Two of the 3 came during the 4th while Minnesota was trying to come back in the game.

Pre-Edit below

Overall I'm pretty happy. These are pretty good. One thing I did change though was my punt power. I was getting about 48 yards per punt which is a little high I though so I lowed that to 45. I like the 70 for accuracy, it really helps the CPU for the terrible shanks. I left there numbers at your ratings, Minnesota's kicker is averaging 37.6 yards per carry. Minny's kicker also missed an extra point. That worried me at first, but he made the others. Hopefully they'll have some attempts in the second half so I can judge if I'll have to make changes to their kicking accuracy. The d-line, o-line is pretty good. Both the CPU and I have 2 sacks each. I've generated a solid pass rush, and by looking at the numbers I should be able too. Michigan D-Line is a little overrated in the game and Michigan's ends have a 8 and 4 rating advantage over their o-line counterparts and should be able to generate a nice rush. Likewise the D tackles have a ratings advantage over the interior lineman of Minnesota and are generating good pressure. Van Bergen (LE) vs. and Martin (DT) recorded the sacks. Minnesota's sacks came from both ends although 1 was on a PA pass where I had no chance. I though that was going to be a problem with the sliders, but after calling more throughout the half, they've been fine.

The Numbers (through the half)

Score
Michigan 17
Minnesota 13

First Downs
Michigan 9
Minnesota 9

Total Yards
Michigan 241
Minnesota 186

Rushes
Michigan 15-81-1
Minnesota 13-17-0

Minny's lack of yards comes mainly from the sacks on Weber, however the haven't run the ball very good at all. Their 88 overall RB Duane Bennett has 29 yards on 8 attempts. The 3.6 average is a little low (but respectable) however 15 of that came on a handoff with 1 second to go before the half, when I was playing my d back to prevent the big play.

Running game is very good for me. My RB Michael Shaw is averaging 4.2 yards a carry on 9 attempts. Compared to last season, Shaw averaged 4.4 ypc. Tate has 4 rushes for 42 yards, mainly on a big scramble, which makes my yardage a little more.
Passing
Michigan 9-22-1 160 Yds.
Minnesota 12-21-1 169 Yds.

A little lower than I'd like, however I'm liking the drops and the play has been realistic. Tate Forcier is 9-20 and Denard Robinson is 0-2. I'd have over 50% but I've had two or three defender deflection where it seems like the CPU can jump 50 feet in the air to swap the ball. Without those 2 or 3 deflections, Tate's numbers would nearly be exactly what last years stats were. Weber's numbers for Minnesota are solid. His completion percentage could be up some but not bad. I'll see how the numbers are at the end of the game to see if they warrant a change.

Overall I really like them. Very nice job. I'll post more after the second half. Thanks for taking the time to do these sliders and thank you for posting them.

I was tweaking off of Jistic's sliders before I saw your thread, which your explanations have made the most sense to me. Therefore, I started to use your sliders as our base. The only issue I have struggled with is keeping the Hum and Cpu sliders the same. But that is another debate.

With that background I just wanted to throw my hat in the ring and say that we currently run with 40/40 WR catch. I have not seen any rocket catches and I watch a ton of replays for other reasons, i.e. to notice if I callled the wrong coverage, my WR routes, pass rush, where I missed an open wr etc. During this I notice other things and I have not noticed rocket catches.

I made some slider adjustments last night before I advanced and realized that I am drifting more amd more toward the base (your sliders).

Re: SECElite's Post Patch Sliders Please Try!

These are hands down the most realistic sliders i have ever used. I did make a few tweaks though but still most realistic. The tweaks I made was tuning QB ACC for both sides to 25...I started at 20 but was getting wayyyyy too many bad throws....25 felt more realistic and did have a decent number of over throws/under throws. I also put PASS BLK at 35 and toned down pass rush to 25. I started with run def at 45 but tuned that to 40 on both sides. I may have to tune mine down to 35 but my first game in season 6 was ARIZ (me) vs. Eastern Mich....that might be why they couldn't run lol

I think it is realistic that he dropped a lot of passes

I think 2 drops from him are realistic assuming he caught some other passes.
These are default rosters I'm using. So it does make sense that both those players dropped passes. I probably should have thrown to someone else but when I saw my hands of stone fullback all alone in the flat I didn't bother with anyone else, plus I was under a heavy rush so I dumped it off to basically the closest guy.
Next time I will throw him a bullet pass and hope it gets stuck in his facemask
