Are All Sliders Reversed?

I know my man Matt was the one to speak on the PCV slider being reversed...100 being what 0 should be.

I've taken notice that the coaching sliders are reversed as well.

The way EA has it set up on screen is RUN/Pass or Conservative/Aggressive. With them having it set up this way then if RUN/PASS is set at 55/45 then this should mean RUN 55% and PASS 45%. But, EA has it opposite. 55 is for PASS and 45 RUN. Anybody else noticed that? If so what does that mean for the Conservative/Aggressive slider? Is that one backwards too?

What about the other sliders? Are those backwards as well?

It definitely feels more difficult to pass with CPU pass coverage at 0 than when its at 100

Re: Are All Sliders Reversed?

I certainly see it, and testing it multiple times on AA. Play one game with user/cpu Coverate at 0 then another with them at 100. It's obvious.

My thought is that with the slider at 0, dbacks man up immediately in the zone and play the ball aggressive. At 100 dbacks stay in their zone longer. What I see is that there are MORE big plays with coverage at 0 because the dbacks are so aggressive, if they f'up its a TD. Where as with it at 100, there may not be as many big plays but you can complete passes all day.

I definitely don't see that but I don't know how sliders work on AA. I have my CPU pass coverage cranked up to 100 on Heisman. I know I would shred the hell out of the CPU with there pass coverage at 0.

Have you tried it at zero though? I've only tried it a couple of times on Heisman, but I think PCV at the very least is reversed.

I don't know, could be wrong...

Re: Are All Sliders Reversed?

100 PCV is zero, and 0 is 100.

I'll post a quick video showing the same play, and the break and reaction of the play by the DB.

Believe me, it makes a difference. I changed 100 from 80 and you started seeing the DBs go through (like morph through) the receivers.

Back to 100, and the response is delayed thus creating a realistic look to the reaction of the DBs.
